We typically project budget cost over 5yr or 10yr periods. These can also be referred to as Planned Maintenance Programmes or Planned Maintenance Reports.

A planned maintenance programme outlines all required repair and maintenance work which a building may need before it becomes a major, costly issue. This is essential if you are responsible for managing maintenance work on a building, as it enables you to budget and determine the best and most efficient solution for any necessary work. You will also be able to determine which issues are the most urgent and which aren’t, and they will help increase the lifespan of the building.

Once the quote is approved, our building surveyors undertake the necessary work needed to determine the maintenance work required for your building. They can also help with any ongoing work that has come to light from the report.

We can specify and contract manage any repair and maintenance works that are identified as being necessary.

If required, we will co-ordinate with mechanical and electrical consultants to bring together an integrated report.
