Planned Maintenance Reports/Programmes

Our chartered building surveyors in Devon are experienced in undertaking Planned Preventative Maintenance reports for a range of building types and uses including school sites, hotel complexes, individual historic buildings, blocks of flats or apartments. We typically project budget cost over 5yr or 10yr periods. These can also be referred to as Planned Maintenance Programmes or Planned Maintenance Reports.

We can specify and contract manage any repair and maintenance works that are identified as being necessary.

If required, we will co-ordinate with mechanical and electrical consultants to bring together an integrated report.
