We are experienced in working with Grades I, II* and II Listed Buildings. Over the last 25 yrs Stephen Forde has worked on the specification of repairs, alterations and reinstatement of multiple numerous historic buildings.

We are happy to advise on Historic country houses and estates, including working with the owners and their representatives to produce Planned and Preventative Maintenance reports for single or multiple buildings.

Our chartered surveyors can make Listed Building Applications and can produce all the drawing and specification work associated with the application together with Design and Access Statements, Justification Statements and Statements of Historical Significance.

We have worked on numerous fire damage reinstatement projects for building of cob, stone and thatched construction.
