Stephen Forde has specific specialist experience of working on motor trade property. Over the last 30 yrs has provided advice to the Volkswagen Group including Seat, VW, Audi and Skoda as well as Mercedes and numerous private dealerships across the country and in Scotland and Wales.

Stephen has undertaken acquisition surveys and advised on numerous Landlord and tenant issues including giving dilapidations advice, building defects advice, project monitoring and preparation of schedules of condition.

Our chartered building surveyors undertake a range of motor trade building services, including:

• Commercial acquisition surveys on new workshops and/or showrooms.
• Dilapidations advice for landlords and/or tenants at the commencement of a lease, during the term of the lease and upon termination of a lease.
