Commercial Services

Commercial Building Surveys supply a detailed report on the condition of the building and offer guidance on the timescale and priority of required remedial works. The survey report can also offer guidance on building related statutory compliance. Dilapidations advice can be given to both Landlords and Tenants on commencement or termination of a lease.

Architectural Design & Project Management

Our Chartered Building Surveyors design and specify building projects. We can offer design services or design and contract administration services. Our involvement can be from inception through Planning and Building Regulation submissions, design, and construction, finishing with snagging and project completion.

Planned Maintenance Reports

We offer Planned Preventative Maintenance reports which assess the projected maintenance needed for a building or group of buildings over a given period, usually five or ten years. From this we can produce a planned maintenance program which prioritizes repairs and remedial works, and which suggests timescales for preventative maintenance. These reports also offer future budget projections for the works found.

Motor Trade

Over the past 35 years we have developed a specialism for working on properties in the motor trade. We engage in a variety of ways with buildings such as car dealerships, repair garages, body shop buildings and administrative facilities. We have worked for large UK based manufacturers as well as individual dealerships or garage owners. We can supply acquisition surveys, dilapidations advice for both landlords and tenants and we can conduct defect inspections and analysis. These services can be supplied nationally.

Building Defects and Expert Witness

We can assess specific building defects and co-ordinate forensic analysis of problems with the building structure and fabric. We undertake preliminary expert reports as well as preparing CPR Part 35 compliant reports for the court.
